Product type:High voltage power cable
Product brand:Zhongtong Cable Group Co., Ltd
Product Introduction:This product is suitable for fixed installation on AC 50HZ, rated voltage 35V and below power transmission and distribution lines for the purpose of transmitting electrical energy.
This product is suitable for fixed installation on AC 50HZ, rated voltage 35V and below power transmission and distribution lines for the purpose of transmitting electrical energy. Compared with PVC insulated power cables, cross-linked cable products not only have excellent electrical and mechanical properties, heat and aging resistance, environmental stress resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance capabilities; Moreover, it has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, not limited by installation drop, and high long-term working temperature (90 ℃).
1、 Production execution standards
GB/T12706.1-2008-GB/T12706.3-2008 "Extruded Insulated Power Cables with Rated Voltage from 1KV (Um=1.2KV) to 35KV (Um=40.5kV)" can also be produced according to user needs using the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60502-2004 standard.
2、 Usage characteristics
The allowable long-term operating temperature for cable conductors is 90 ℃.
During a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃.
3. The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
4. Minimum bending radius of cables: For three core cables, it shall not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, and for single core cables, it shall not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.
5. The rated power frequency voltage U0/U of the cable is 0.6/1KV-26/35KV
U0: The rated power frequency voltage between the conductor used in cable design and the ground or metal shield, referred to as the phase voltage
U: The rated power frequency voltage between conductors used in cable design is called line voltage;
Um: The maximum value of the "highest system voltage" that the equipment can withstand.
3、 Cable model name and applicable occasions
model | name | Applicable occasions
copper | aluminium | ||
YJV | YJLV | Cross linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable | Installed indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and pipelines, or buried in loose soil, cables cannot withstand mechanical external forces. Single core cables are not allowed to be laid in magnetic conduits. |
YJY | YJLY | Cross linked polyethylene insulated polyethylene sheathed power cable
YJV22 | YJLV22 | Cross linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable | Directly buried underground (burial depth: ≥ 0.7m from the ground), the cable can withstand certain mechanical external forces, but cannot withstand large tensile forces |
YJV23 | YJLV23 | Cross linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored polyethylene sheathed power cable
YJV32 | YJLV32 | Cross linked polyethylene insulated steel wire armored polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable | Directly buried underground (burial depth: ≥ 0.7m from the ground) can be installed indoors, in cable trenches, pipeline shafts, and other places that can withstand large mechanical external forces and longitudinal tensile forces |
Note: If flame retardant models are required for the above cables, "ZR" should be added before the prototype number.
